Overall great job done on the roof! The price was good & good communication. We picked black and I absolutely love it. We change the paint on the house after the roof was installed in the house looks amazing!!
Logan was great and communicated great. The job was well done and there were a few spots that I needed them to come back and fix. They did not come back in a very timely manner but overall the job looks great.
We had a great experience with Topps Roofing. They kept in good contact, and returned my calls in a timely manner. Coordinating with the Public Adjuster to request all claim documentation/payment/etc form mortgage company made life easier...The installation of the new roof happened in one day as expected and quality of install appears to be great. The crew had a good process of capturing debris and left the site clean... (it wouldn't hurt to do a walk down your driveway afterwards to double check nails aren't in the driveway...I found 8, but considering there where thousands of them on my roof, there is no gripe). All in all, great service and install, in a timely manner, with virtually no headache of dealing with insurance companies. Well done Topps!
